Accessibility Statement
We want this website to work for everyone, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnifier. Last reviewed October 2026.
What we have done
- Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks so assistive technology can move around them.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focus outline is visible.
- A skip link at the top of each page jumps to the main content.
- Form fields have visible labels; errors are written in words and listed at the top of the form.
- The entry and application forms keep what you typed when something needs fixing.
- Documents are provided as PDFs and Word files. Older scanned documents may not be readable by a screen reader; call the office and we will help.
- The layout reflows down to phone width and text can be enlarged without being cut off.
Known limits
Some older PDF documents (show results, scanned forms and minutes) are images of paper pages. We are not able to make every historical scan fully readable by a screen reader.
