This transfer is not effective unless recorded with the RHBAA. The ORIGINAL certificate must be returned with the transfer.

Transfer fee, member / non-member: within 30 days of purchase $25 / $50; after 30 days but within 120 days $30 / $60; after 120 days but within 180 days $60 / $120; after 6 months $100 / $200 (as printed).
